Saimon Says Stamp Card Kit - March #1

Buen día de jueves!!!  hace una semana estaba yo con todos los materiales de mi kit de marzo de simon says stamp sobre la mesa y vi un par de publicaciones en Facebook de dos bloggers españolas que habían realizado tarjetas con ese kit. Comentario tras comentario y al leerme las entradas descubrí que publican todos los jueves un mini blog hop con tarjetas hechas con el kit. Kittygie Scrapea me ofreció apuntarme y aquí estoy, uniéndome al grupo. 

Happy Thursday ! A week ago I was with my Simon Says Stamp Kit scattered all over the table and I saw a couple of  Facebook posts from two Spanish bloggers who had made cards with this kit. Comment after comment and after reading the entries, I found that they published every Thursday a mini blog hop with cards made with the kit. Kittygie Scrapea offered me to join them, and here I am!!

Asi pues os presento mi tarjeta con el kit de Simon de esta semana. 

So, this is my card: 

Es una tarjeta sencilla, muy facilita de hacer. La base en negro para dar contraste,y uno de los papeles de la colección del kit,  Classic Beauty de Authentique, como segundo fondo.

A este papel decorado le troquele una fila de círculos con el die que viene en el kit dejando ver el negro. Me gusta mucho jugar con contrastes y los colores de este kit se prestan mucho a eso.

It is a simple card, very easy to do. The base in black cardstock, and one of the papers as second background. I love the Classic Beauty collection.

In this paper I cut a row of circles with the die that comes in the kit, so that you can see the black cardstock. I love playing with contrasts,  and the colours of this kit are very good to do that.

Por último como pieza principal una de las tarjetas de la misma colección. A la tarjeta solo le añadí un segundo titulo con los sellos del kit porque la verdad es una tarjeta preciosa que no necesita mucho más.

Finally as main layer, one of the cards from the same collection. I added just a second title with the kit stamps. It's a beautiful card that doesn't need much more.

Gift Box

Una de mis propuestas de año nuevo era publicar más a menudo... Esta claro que muy bien no va... Pero yo no me rindo! Ideas tengo muchas, tiempo... El tiempo eso es otro tema. 

One of my New Year resolution was published more often ... It is clear that is not going very well ... But I do not give up! I have a lot of ideas, time ... well, time that's another thing.
 

Uno de mis últimos trabajos ha sido esta cajita, es ideal para hacer un regalito. Esta pensada para cosas pequeñas como unos pendientes, un reloj... O unos cuantos O2 como veis en la imagen ( para las no muy puestas los O2 son unas pinturas al agua con mucho pigmento. Una compra con la que estoy contentísima)

One of my recent work has been this box. really great for a gift. This designed for little things like earrings, a watch ... or a few O2 as you see in the picture. 
 

La caja se abre hacia los laterales, es una especie de de híbrido entre una caja normal y una exploding box. La he realizado con los papeles de Boo Boony de la colección Star Crossed. La decoracion es muy sencilla, un sello de Lawn Fawn (Love you a latte) estampado con emboss y listo. Aunque si os gustan otros estilos la estructura es perfectamente valida.

The box opens to the sides, is some hybrid between the normal box and an exploding box. I used Boo Boony papers from the Star Crossed collection. The decoration is simple, a Lawn Fawn stamp (Love you a latte) stamped with emboss and some punches and laces. Although if you like other styles the structure is perfectly valid for them.
